Robyn Hitchcock has launched a new Web site with a really cool section he calls Phantom 45s. I love the name and the idea... especially since the tunes are free! The first single is an acoustic number called "To Be Human." The "flip side" is "Belly Full Of Arms". It's a full-band number that will appear in the upcoming film 'Electra Luxx.'
