If you didn't get the "Metroland" or "Dresden" singles, here is a way to sort of make amends. OMD's new CD single for "Night Café," out this week, is a 10-song juggernaut that includes previous 'English Electric'-era B-sides like "Time Burns" and "The Great White Silence." And for those of you who discovered "Final Song" wasn't really the final song of the album if you bought it on iTunes, grr, the bonus track "No Man's Land" is also included. Check out the complete tracklist below. Then order here. Five months later, 'English Electric' is still in my regular rotation. Did you know the album peaked at No. 12 on the UK Albums Chart? Just read this tidbit. That's a bona fide hit, folks.

Pretty easy bet that English Electric will end up in the top 5 albums of the year for me. I too find it on regular rotation.
What a year! OMD, Visage, Neon Neon, Karl Bartos, My Bloody Valentine, a Bowie album to rival his best and a wonderous B.E.F. Music Of Quality And Distiction installment.
And that's just the tip of a really tall iceberg!
Visage? Really? I had no idea. Going to seek that out right now. Thanks for the tip, Echorich.
You'd think that being a child of the 80's I'd be used to buying multiple formats of a band I love, but it still bugs me that I have to buy another release to get these bonus tracks. That said, I'll do it willingly, OMD being one of my favorite bands EVER and English Electric being, like Echorich, in my top 5 of 2013. He forgot the Pet Shop Boys Electric, though. Bloody great!
Honest response here @Uncle E. I wasn't sure a PSB mention would be well received. YES ELECTRIC is just that electric. I just saw the Boys perform her in St. Pete and they were simply amazing!
Oh and Vocal, from the album is currently my favorite song of the year.
There I have come out of the PSB closet.
Hey boys. I have no problem acquiring B-sides, but I sure hate multiple versions of albums, like extra songs for Amazon, iTunes, Target and the like. That was my "grr" above.
I haven't heard the new PSB, but your endorsements have me curious. I'll check it out.
Echorich, glad to have you aboard! My wife doesn't care for Electric but I think it's their best since Introspective! Brian, I think you'll like it.
